Job Description

  • Writing job specifications and managing the responses across different platforms
  • Social Media management and help with the overall marketing strategy
  • Day-to-day communication with different stakeholders - help organise the tasks into actionable to dos’ for the team
  • Email and Calendar management for the Directors
  • General admin support for new lead generation
  • Industry research for help with content creation
  • Helping to keep the CRM System up to date
  • Help to organise and manage Haptic events

  • You will have the opportunity to hire an additional person for your team
  • You will be able to grow with the company and develop your skills in your area of interest from marketing to recruitment - your career aspirations are truly listened to
  • As we scale, you will help with managing applications, arranging and conducting interviews and the onboarding with new employees
  • What you will need to have:
  • 2+ years of Admin support/office assistant or personal assistance experience
  • Process-driven and super organised
  • Initiative and be adaptable - if you don’t know the answer to something, either be okay to ask or find it
  • Passion for gaming and/or excited about the industry
  • A keen interest in Marketing and ideally a background in it - degree or practical experience
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Great attention to detail
  • A-level education or equivalent
  • Know how to use Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs
  • BONUS:
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and GDPR
  • Payroll experience
  • Relevant degree
  • Experience in mentoring or management
