WE’RE HIRING APPRENTICES!Manufacturing Team Leader Apprentice- September 2020 IntakeAs the new academic year approaches, are you considering starting a new careerWe are seeking Manufacturing Apprentices from across the UK as part of our brand new, exciting Apprenticeship Programme to grow a team of talented future Managers at our Customer sites (InSites) in the following locations;

    • Due to Health and Safety reasons we can only consider people over 18 for the Liverpool and Coventry sites.As part of Rubix Group, we are Europe’s largest supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services We are a fast-paced and ambitious organisation, working with some of the biggest players in the Aerospace, Aggregate, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Utilities industries to name just a few.Our InSite’ model delivers all the benefits of a Brammer Buck & Hickman branch - with a dedicated and experienced team, plus our buying power as part of a major pan-European group, right where our customers need it - based on their own site.Our Manufacturing Apprentices will gain valuable on-the-job experience based at one of our dedicated Customer Sites (InSites) that support a variety of industries in the UK whilst undertaking a structured training programme of off-the-job academic study in order to gain the required skills, knowledge and experience to qualify as a Lean Manufacturing Operative at Level 2 and progress onto our Fast-Track Management Development programme which will include further study at Level 3.You don’t need to have industry or technical experience - we are simply seeking people with ambition, enthusiasm and a strong desire to embark upon a new and exciting career with lots of opportunity for growth and development.Are you ready to join usApply Now Required skills
