Job Description

    • Managing Director of Wind Energy
    • Location: Open - Europe or the UK
    • Salary: Six Figures (Negotiable) Plus 10% Bonus
    This hugely exciting and fast-growing SME is a world leading Offshore Wind Consultancy who provide bespoke geoscience & environmental solutions to Offshore Wind projects across the globe. Now looking to build upon their impressive success, the company isseeking to hire a permanent Managing Director of Wind Energy who will be the very visible face of the company as they drive the business forward.The expectation is that the Managing Director of Wind Energy will require a minimum of 10 years experience within the Offshore Wind industry and already be working at an Executive level, with a proven track record of visionary leadership. The role will alsorequire an entrepreneurial spirit and experience in running successful, large scale projects too.With a solid grounding in geoscience & environmental aspects in the wind sector, the Managing Director of Wind Energy responsibilities will include providing exceptional leadership, undertaking strategic planning, building dynamic relationships with thePublic Sector, key industry players and stakeholders alike, together with fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence.Headquartered in the UK with regional offices across the world, the position can be based in Europe or the UK as the expectation is that the Managing Director of Wind Energy will be travelling internationally for up to 50% of the time. It is important thereforethat interested candidates are able to travel as the business requires.As you would expect there is a six figure salary (negotiable) plus a bonus of 10%.If you are an experienced Executive within the Offshore Wind industry, are comfortable with travelling as business requires and have a solid grounding in Geoscience & environmental, then please apply now.
