As the leader of the technology M&A practise, you will have full ownership of business development, deal execution, and the development of a high-calibreteam. Responsibilities:• Drive New Business: Proactively cultivate a robust pipeline of M&A engagements by leveraging your extensive network of senior executives across the technology industry. • Manage Complex Transactions: Seamlessly guide the entire M&A process, from deal origination through negotiation and closing. • Inspire and Develop Talent: Attract, mentor, and retain a team of motivated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. • Provide Strategic Leadership: Shape the firms strategic direction within the technology M&A space, aligning growth plans with emerging market trends.
