Your role • Management and delivery of Data Migration on large-scale S/4HANA transformation programmes • Leading delivery of data migration solutions • Defining data strategy and approach • Identification and management of data risk. • Data mapping and modelling • Working collaboratively with programme transformation functional and business teams to deliver the best data solutions to clients. • Demonstrate good knowledge of SAP Migration Tools • Strong business influencing skills • Experience of dealing with business people at all levels Responsibilities Your role will involve: • Delivery of S/4HANA enabled transformation programmes - specialising in Migration of Data • Develop and manage Data Migration plans that maximise the potential of SAP Accelerators/ technologies whilst minimising implementation risk • Support high level and detailed design workshops from a data migration gathering business data requirements and value mapping • Lead teams of consultants to understand to be landscape to deliver high quality S/4HANA data migration solutions • Lead client workshops covering; industry best practices, data modelling and bring SME Data Migration knowledge • Lead or participate in practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development • Strong Stakeholder engagement and management Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Work pattern: This is a permanent full-time opportunity, with a travel requirement but with the opportunity to benefit from the Firms agile working practices Your professional experienceRequirementsTo be successful in this role you are required to: • Experience in SAP Data Migration using various tools like SAP LSMW, S/4 Data migration cockpit, SAP BODS, developing custom user defined S/4 HANA migration objects and ABAP, SAP HANA Data Modelling, SQL Scripts, CDS views • Demonstrable experience of delivering S/4HANA data migration and implementation across multiple lines of business and information systems, master, reference and transactional data, as part of a transformation programme. • Providing guidance to sites/functions on the data cleansing and preparation process and standards, and clarification on data standards • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA data migration, Knowledge of SAP innovations, and best practices. Completing all phases of data loads (test, mock conversion and cutover) • Proficient in Data Migration tools - s/4 Hana essentials/extended, migration cockpit, Data Services, Informatica/MDM/MDG • Strong business influencing and solution skills required to design and implement a data solution while mitigating risk • Demonstrable experience of Agile working practices in complex data environments, along with planning of activities during the project • Ability to build strong client relationships and quality of delivery • Excellent business and functional understanding of data • Extensive data analysis and migration experience including the identification of data that will be required for the new solution and how this can be extracted from the legacy system, cleansing and validating data • Delivery of data cleansing and enrichment and data quality management • Develop requirements, map data, and document conversion rules between source systems and S/4 HANA • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral) whether this is with client stakeholders or remote development teams (Technical/Non-technical) • Capable of bringing together disparate groups of people from business, functional and technical teams to agree solutions • A strong grasp of GDPR and data protection regulations • Ability to manage time in accomplishing complex tasks while coordinating and mentoring junior team members a great advantage Desirable skills • Desired experience of migrating data to SAP C/4 HANA Cloud or SuccessFactors using BODS, CPI or AWS/AZURE ETL or Infoporter Tools Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
