Your opportunityAre you interested in joining our exciting and talented Process Bionics team within DeloitteWe are recruiting talented Managers within our Intelligent Automation (IA) team, which is part of Consulting Strategy, Analytics and M&A (SAM&A) team in London.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and a growth area in Deloittes next generation service provision. With a holistic mindset and actionable insight, we enable our clientsto make more informed actions to position themselves for the future and optimise their performance. We are looking to grow this high-demand and high-impact team, to help our clients address their greatest pain points. We offer opportunities for exciting andinnovative work with Clients across multiple sectors and with new technologies, skills acquisition and professional knowledge growth.Your roleAs part of this team you would be working with Deloitte account teams as well as key Process and task Mining platforms including Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio to address the pain points and process and data ambitions of our clients. You have theopportunity to develop your career while working with multiple clients across all major industries in an innovative and dynamic environment.

  • Developing Process Excellence strategies, roadmaps and business cases
  • Managing product development, proposals and research
  • Managing both advisory and delivery projects, from helping clients with their wider transformation strategies, to supporting the full lifecycle of delivery projects
  • Enabling the delivery of medium and large Process Mining solutions in a business and technology-enabled change environment such as coordinating teams to conduct analysis of business processes (e.g. purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report) on thebasis of transactional and non-transactional data from ERP and workflow systems
  • Clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders and obtain buy-in for further initiatives and change
  • Managing technical and non-technical team members to enable team cohesion and optimal outputs
  • Defining and embedding Process Bionics standards at clients to optimise their business processes
  • Working with stakeholders at all levels including senior stakeholders and across the Client, Deloitte and third parties (including software vendors)
  • Understanding the importance of stakeholder and change management and incorporating it into the implementation of Process Bionics strategies
  • Developing your sales activities and deepening your already strong industry alignment in preparation for more senior positions and future promotions

Whilst some clients are London based, we do spend time on site with regional and international clients. We are looking for people who enjoy addressing complex problems in an analytical manner,with a proven record for effective delivery in a project environment, and with a keen interest in life sciences and healthcare.To qualify for the role you will have:
  • Knowledge of new data analysis technologies (e.g. Spark, Cuda, TensorFlow) is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of the Process Mining Framework and experience using either Celonis, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining or any other Process Mining tool
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP R/3, SAP S/4, SAP HANA, Oracle, PeopleSoft) is an advantage
  • Advanced SQL skills (Business SQL use or similar query language)
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services required
  • Experience with at least one of the following: R, Python, Scripting
  • Scor Reference Model knowledge preferred
  • Delivered Process Excellence / Process Transformation projects or work streams (or other technology-enabled transformation programmes / projects) with large budgets
  • A proven track record of successfully managing technology teams
  • Managed stakeholders using clear communications and formed strong client relationships
  • Worked within an agile delivery environment; experience/certification in delivering change initiatives in an agile way is a plus
