Management Consultancy - National Security - Up to £100k - Westminster HybridHaving been listed as one the UKs leading Management Consultancies by both the Financial Times and Statista for last 5 year. This SME consultancy is looking to continue their growth (60% in 2 years) by hiring a new consultant to join their National Securityteam.The team is likely to triple in size over the next 12-24 months as they deliver on a number of multimillion pound projects, so this is a great opportunity to come in and help shape this area of the business whilst supporting the UKs national security.Due to the varied nature of their work this role would suit a generalist with a background in project, programme, delivery and or analysis. Whilst they have a substantial pipeline of work being a small consultancy a track record of land and expand and widercommercial understanding would be a real advantage.As the team continues to grow as well as the day-to-day there will be the chance to upskill more junior members of the team and develop your leadership skills.Due to the sensitive nature of the work, they perform, you will require the highest level of governement clearance. Due to the project timelines, they would not be able to take someone through the vetting process.The role is hybrid, but a large number of their clients are in North London and Westminster so the ability to travel to these clients is required.About you:
