Job Description

A well-known Talent Management company is looking for a Management Assistant with a keen interest in live entertainment and comedy. This is a permanent role, with lovely offices based in London.This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a leading promoter of live comedy and an impressive multi-award-winning business representing household names!If you have experience with diary management, are comfortable with working with high profile talent along with previous experience in the entertainment industry, then we would love to hear from you today!This role involves:

  • Diary management for the manager.
  • Invoicing on behalf of clients and chase payments.
  • Administering contracts.
  • Making all necessary arrangements for clients to conduct work, including consulting with production teams, organising travel, producing itineraries.
  • Going to comedy clubs/shows to identify new talent.
  • Researching brands and finding suitable contracts.
  • Establishing new relationships with brands with a view to generating long term deals.
The ideal candidate:
  • A keen interest in the entertainment industry, preferably comedy.
  • Initiative-taking with communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to consult with senior members of staff and company directors.
  • Experience in diary management.
