Our client, well-established Japanese corporate which has worked to established asset portforlio overseas, is looking for a Management Accountant/ Finance MGR.<Responsibilities>- Finalise quarterly Management accounts for all entities- Supervise Accounts payable processes including finalise bank reconciliation - Ensure all journals are booked in correct nominal code - Complete consolidation journal and draft consolidation management accounts- Review and finalise Overseas management accounts (working with Management accountants)- Preparing quarterly support documents to parent company- Review VAT returns for three entities - Assisting Corporation Tax Return (download necessary information from Sage50 accounts) - Assisting tax compliance including Transfer pricing documents - Review reconciliation of Property Managers report - Review Building budget reconciliation annually - Audit duties including liaison with both external and internal auditors throughout the year - Assisting tax compliance requirements from Japan - Assisting with Japanese expatriate Income tax returns<SKILLS> Consolidation knowledge of accounting and financial principles Working knowledge of Sage50 will be advantage A problem solver with attention to detail ACCA qualified or equivalent experiences Able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally. Strong team player and collaborative approach to work. Highly adaptable to different work culture. Good written communication skills for letter writing and report writing. Good analytical skills for problem solving and planning. Self-motivated and able to work independently
