Job Description

A global music company are looking for this person to provide analytical and process support for NetSuite. This will cover reporting, business process reengineering, data migration, system development and integrations.Responsibilities

  • To develop all areas of financial reporting from NetSuite.
  • To develop NetSuite saved searches and any other data requests on request.
  • To maintain balance sheet reconciliation reporting. Identify and correct issues.
  • Manage Fixed Asset reconciliation at period end.
  • To maintain and develop intercompany account reporting/analysis to ensure accounts reconcile, including transactions in the correct underlying currency.
  • To be part of the team to work on German NetSuite go live and data migration into NetSuite. Including new processes.
  • To be part of the team to implement global reporting and budgeting software and data links into NetSuite.
  • To work on NetSuite consolidation project.
  • To work on integrations from sub-systems and identify errors and propose improvements.
  • To advise on best NetSuite best practice and review current NetSuite processes and identify improvements
  • Provide training and support to finance users on all areas of NetSuite. (Data input, processes, reporting)
Qualifications
  • Part-qualified accountant, currently studying
  • Minimum 3 years NetSuite experience
  • Experience of NetSuite data migration and data clean up
  • Clear communicator
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
