Our client is a c.£100m revenue Construction Group based in Central London, with a strong pipeline of projects over the next 12 months they expectto grow to £150m within the next year.This role offers an excellent opportunity to fast-track to Finance Manager, and they are looking for a motivated candidate who wants to progress quickly. Working with an experienced Financial Controller and Finance Director, you will learn from a wealth ofindustry experience and also be supported by the wider finance team.The role will include;* Preparation of monthly management accounts for several key entities* Review of monthly management accounts produced by colleague for small entity* Year-end consolidated accounts preparation (FRS102) and overseeing the annual audit process, dealing with the external auditors* VAT returns and preparing CIS returns, dealing with queries* Supporting the Financial Controller with a new ERP system implementation* Supporting and overseeing the junior colleagues work, ensuring accuracy across AP, AR and reconciliationsKey candidate requirements;* Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)* Either making first move from practice (with clients within the construction industry) or qualified and moving from another construction business* Good construction industry knowledge (CIS)* Accounts preparation experience (FRS 102) would be an advantage* Management accounting / Group consolidation experience would be an advantagePackage includes;* £50,000 - £60,000* Discretionary annual bonus up to 15%* 24 days holiday (rises with service up to 28) + bank holidays* Private healthcare* Flexibility to work 1 day a week from home
