Job Description

Kenny Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a highly reputable care company on a 3 month contract. This role will be sick cover for their current Management Accountant and could well go on longer than the initial 3 months.They are a complex business and therefore, we are looking for a Management Accountant who is technically strong, enjoys Excel and doesnt get bogged down by a challenge! They are a great business who do great things for the community, a positive mindset iskey for this position.Pay: £250 - £350 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)Location: London (hybrid working offered)Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pmResponsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounts up to trial balance and produce and present monthly management accounts
  • Be responsible for balance sheet accruals/prepayments
  • Management of the 3rd party Sales Tax partners and filings
  • Liaise across the business to ensure accuracy of P&L line
  • Work with the Commercial Management Accountant in providing information and insight to forecasting and budgeting
  • Partnering with the wider business to ensure continuous development and efficiencies are achieved in line with the company values and goals.
Opportunities:
  • Ability to help get involved in future budgeting/forecasting requirements
  • Be involved with the consolidated company cashflow
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc), ideally qualified.
  • Comfortable presenting financials to senior management
  • Advanced Excel User (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Sumif and IF Statements)
  • Minimum 3 years experience required in a similar role
