Our service users especially love our expansive garden, with a multitude of plots to work on and enjoy. We work closely with Lancashire County Council to ensure we meet the needs of allof service users."Two of our service users have particularly green thumbs, but keep to their own plots to avoid sharing space to work. Theyre both particularly excited about a recent gardening fund that we have coming through so that they can expand theirown plots even further!" - DannySupport Worker Duties: Providing support, information and guidance to service users, Maximising service user outcomes by encouraging personal development and independent living skills, Empowering service users and promote theirrights, Collaborating with service users, families and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service, A willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.Previous experience is not required,as full training is provided. This position is ideal for people looking to develop both personally and professionally.
