Job Description

Job Role: Maintenance/ Mechanical Pipefitter Area: London & Home CountiesSalary: £42k + Van + Fuel Card I am looking for a Maintenance Mechanical Pipefitterto work for a Facilities Management company cover London and surrounding home counties.Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team with maintenance, repair and installation on commercial properties including plant rooms
  • Produce risk assessments
  • Complete required documents for each job and ensure that is uploaded to the system
  • Ensure the work is carried out at a high standard and to the designated timescale
