The RoleThe maintenance engineer will be based within a high end residential building and one of newest in the London Bridge area. The main aim of this is to support the Supervisor and the team on maintaining the mechanical and electrical equipment and ensure we deliverour SLA and KPI as outlined and agreed. You will be an integral part of the established team on this site. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8-5pm.Skills* Planning including prioritization of tasks from PPMs and Helpdesk Requests* Reacting to breakdowns and changing priorities* Sourcing and vetting of quotations.* Vetting safe system paperwork and issuing Permits and Authority to work as appropriate.* Work issuingKnowledge* Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in building services within a high end residential environment.* City & Guilds qualifications and any relevant qualification in all aspects of Building Services and Mechanical engineering.* Must have team working experience and excels at motivation of small teams under substantial pressure.* Must have the balanced ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances.Qualifications* C&G Level 3 in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline* Sound electrical knowledge* Multi-skilled, all round building services knowledge
