Job Description

Maintenance EngineerLocation: MayfairSalary: £35-38kA facilities maintenance provider are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team!Maintenance Engineer- Overview

  • Working collaboratively with the facilities helpdesk team to provide high level service to
  • Carry out a preventative maintenance program on a variety of mechanical and electrical
  • equipment
  • Carry out reactive repairs to M&E systems and equipment (including plumbing) as per
  • service level agreements
  • Liaising with Centre Managers on a day-to-day basis regarding M&E issues
  • Organizing and overseeing contractor visits to multiple sites in-line with client processes
  • Providing out of hours support as part of on-call rota
Maintenance Engineer - Job Requirements:
  • Sound understanding of electrical distributions systems, maintenance and repair
  • A degree, HNC, HND, City & Guilds or NVQ (Level 3) preferred
  • Experience working within electrical engineering/ facilities maintenance field
  • Experience using CAFM systems (desirable)
