Job Description

The Workplace Operator will be responsible to improve the day to day working experience of our clients employees by ensuring an agile, connected and high performing workplace. Your role will be to support with development that brings automation, productivityand efficiency to business processes.Key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for providing operational support in any service area as and when required. Services will include Reprographics, MPS, Stationery, Mail, Couriers, Porterage, Meeting Room set ups, Goods in, Records and admin.
  • Cover Concierge when needed. This will involve meeting and greeting with Senior level Clients.
  • Ensure that full flexibility is maintained working various shifts and with changes at short notice
  • Be flexible to work in any service area as required, rota and on an adhoc basis
  • Responsible for keeping up to date and trained in all areas
  • Ensure that relevant Service Levels are met
  • Responsible in ensuring accuracy when recording any data or financial information whether electronically or by hard copy
  • Responsible in ensuring a high level of customer service is demonstrated and adhered to in all dealings with clients
  • Work and engage with client demonstrating a positive and professional can do attitude
  • Support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients
  • Adhoc tasks as requested by Management
Skills and competencies
  • Experience in Couriers/Mailroom/Porterage/Logistics/Goods In
  • Experience in Reprographics is preferred
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proactive approach to work with an eye for detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Positive and professional with a solution-orientated manner at all times
  • Strong IT skills, competent in Microsoft office applications to intermediate level
  • Confident and professional approach with a can-do attitude and solution orientated
  • Ability to learn quickly
37.5 working hours per week, various shift patterns between 07:00-19:00 as required.
