MAC Support Technician required by an expanding creative company based in Central London. The company is a fresh and fun agency that works with large entertainment and retail brands across the world to help them deliver advertising, branding, retail marketingand much more.Reporting to the IT Director, the MAC Support Technician will take the lead on the support of the Junior Engineer, will have the day to day tasks of general IT support of 120 internal end users and comms management. They would be working directly with theHR team, ensuring that any new starters within the company have the correct equipment, installing any new systems that are needed and upgrading current workstations. The MAC Support Technician will also be completing some up and coming projects, includingputting into place a support desk system and then implementing basic internal SLAs.This role will probably suit someone who has worked on the creative side of marketing companies previously who has become a techy.Essential Skills and Experience:- Strong MAC Support Skills - Strong AV technology knowledge,- Adobe Creative Suite,- 3D Software and rendering tools,- MS Office,- Building and configuring MAC and Windows machines,- Experience dealing with VPNs , - Experience with Casper, Jamf or similar MDM Software,- An understanding of plugin licensing and installations for the creative sectorThis is a great opportunity for a creative and innovative IT professional to work within a like-minded company.
