Title: Associate - Renewables M&A & Debt AdvisorySelby Jennings is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with at least 3 years of experience in the Renewable Energy or Energy Transition sectors. We are searching for a candidate who possesses Investment Banking or Advisorybackground, specifically focusing on Renewable Energy M&A/Debt advisory.Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Managing renewable energy transactions from origination through execution- Conducting financial analysis and modelling- Developing marketing materials such as pitch books, information memorandums etc.- Building relationships with clients while managing their expectations throughout the transaction processQualifications/Skills Needed:- The ideal candidate should have specialized knowledge of renewables sector including solar power plants , wind turbines , hydroelectricity projects etc.- A minimum of 3 years experience working within M&A, Debt Advisory, Corporate Finance Advisory, similar fields.- Experience handling client relations which includes negotiations/presentations/coordinating meetings across various stakeholders involved during entire project cycle shall prove useful here.- Entrepreneurial mindset and driven attitude.- European language is a must (Nordic languages, German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.)Educational Requirements :- Bachelors Degree / Masters degree preferred in finance/accountancy/business administration/economics/statistics/mathematics/engineering or relevant fields from Top UniversitiesIf youre looking forward to work alongside senior management team members while playing instrumental role in shaping companys future business growth prospects then this position might just interest you!
