Luxury Tailormade Travel ConsultantCirca base salary £38,000 + CommissionHybrid - Part Remote and Part Office - Central LondonMy client is a dynamic privately owned luxury travel company who are a niche specialist focusing on holidays on their niche regions of Africa, Asia, Australasia, Americas, Latin America and Europe.As the travel industry recovers and a record of number of holiday enquiries are being made, they are now seeking to recruit experienced, Luxury Tailor Made Consultant to join their team who specialise in their niche regions.You will have excellent, bespoke tailor-made travel experience with a vested interest in luxury travel with the ability to deal with a booking from enquiry through to final documentation. Presentation, communication (verbal and written), attention to detail,sales skills and destination knowledge are very important to them and their clients.The role is offered on a hybrid basis, part remote and part office - Central London.Luxury Tailormade Travel Consultant Responsibilities:Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.Use your own previous experience, destination knowledge to establish the clients requirements and to recommend the correct programme for their needs.Use the GDS to book flights and make any necessary amendments.Booking all aspects of travel for your customers including flight, private charters, hotels, car hire and more.Luxury Tailormade Consultant required experience:Previous sales/reservations experience within luxury travel is essentialPleasant & professional telephone manner.Effective Sales and customer service skills.Luxury Tailormade Consultant Salary and Benefits:Base salary circa £38,000 + Uncapped Commission30 days annual leave including bank holidaysPensionMonday to FridayDiscounted travelTo apply for this Luxury Tailormade Consultant role, please email your CV along with your personal travel portfolio highlighting your personal travel experience
