An exciting time for the brand as they approach the opening date for their UK flagship store in central London. Therefore they are in urgent need of a dynamic, engaging, experienced, self-motivated and driven retail SUPERVISOR to manage this store and put it on the map. This is a multifaceted role that will challenge you and develop your skills. As a new brand you will play an integral part in not only the running of the store but also act as the face of the brand. Therefore you will need to be confident in managing a team, setting clear goals and expectations, you must be an expert in all things operational as well as driven to delivering the highest level of one to one customer service. Alongside the management team you will be setting the tone of the store, this will be a fast pace, high demanding role that will push you out of your comfort zone. YOU MUST BE: *A highly experienced retail supervisor/team leader, within a high end luxury retail environment. *Experienced in managing, coaching, motivating and leading a team. *Customer service focused - shop floor driven to ensure the BEST experience is always given. *An excellent communicator. *Passionate about operations.*Sales and KPI driven. *Experienced in clientelling and eventing. *Confident in fully managing a store and not reliant on constant hand holding. *A lover of technology - fitness - well-being and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
