Job Description

Job OverviewTerraCycle seeks to hire a resourceful, and well organised Operation Administrator to support the European Operation team and contribute to the growth and smoothness of TerraCycle daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.Primary Responsibilities In charge of booking all national transports using approved suppliers and ensure the required documentation is provided on time. In charge of the creation of the shipping label. Responsible for the monthly regulation reporting. Support end of month suppliers invoicing process, provide documents on time to TerraCycle finance department. Support other departments with questions regarding our shipping services. Responsible for raising claims to our shipping partner when we have issues. Regularly maintain our vendor Database up to date. Work closely with the Regional operation manager and the logistics and supply chain executive for ensuring smooth communication with our warehouse staff and make sure they are updated on our latest operation news. Order operations supplies. Support the operations team on the compliance documentation of our vendors. Support communication with our customer service team when our collectors send non-compliant parcels. Support the operations team with general administration tasks and travels Other duties as needed.Requirements/Skills Fluent in English and in French - any other European language will be a plus Previous administration experience required - at least 1 year in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask Proactive and solution-focused Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) Excellent communications skills and confident speaking to external partners A demonstrated interest in sustainable/green business would be beneficialCompensation: Salary depending on experience 25 Paid Holiday Days 2 Volunteering Days Online Yoga and activities Company Pension contribution (3% of salary) The position is based in Perivale, West London.Please apply with a cover letter stipulating your right to work in the UK as well as your salary expectation.This job description is not all-inclusive.
