Job Description

Logistics Operations AdministratorLondon Wembley (Hybrid) Competitive Salary Logistics Operations Administrator required to join a global electronics business that provides leading technologies across various B2B and B2C markets.As a Logistics Operations Administrator you will be providing excellent administrative support to customers and warehouse teams.What you will be doing:

  • Authorising and arranging collections
  • Liaising with customers and warehouse teams for deliveries, collections, stock reconciliation
  • Processing credits, warranty claims and debits giving clear traceability
  • Reviewing the exemption report daily to monitor all Parcel Force deliveries and collections
  • Preparing and submitting documents for customs clearance for imports
  • Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders - interdepartmental colleagues, customers, third party suppliers, and warehouse teams
  • Any other ad hoc admin tasks for the team
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
  • 2+ years experience in office administration or customer service
  • A background with logistics (desired)
  • Highly organised and able to excellent communication skills
  • Great team player with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with stock management, PO or invoicing tasks
  • Previous experience with JD Edwards or similar system (desirable)
