Are you looking for a Logistics Coordinator job based in LondonIf the answer is Yes then I have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing high technology organisation with offices in Central London.The Logistics Coordinator based in London will be responsible for coordinating key day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for organisation within the areas of logistics, inventory management and distribution. You will Accurately prepare commercial invoices and packing lists for all shipments from their suppliers across the globe, including India, Thailand, China, the UK and the US, maintaining appropriate records of all shipments and provide suppliers with timely pre-alerts. You will also process shipments and transfers in the inventory management system and ensure the accuracy of inventory movements performed by third parties.The ideal Logistics Coordinator based in London will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in preparing customs documentation and booking international shipments; must have experience dealing with international customs regulations. Experienced working in a busy stock control team, within a retail or manufacturing business, managing complex inventory movements. Also be experienced working with external suppliers in warehousing and/or manufacturing and ideally Instore retail and customer service experience, background in jewellery and/or luxury retail beneficial.A key requirement is a Medium to Advanced Excel Skills, you should be confident with vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables and maintaining existing reports on Excel.
