* Fast-growth organisation based in the heart of London* LMS Coordinator role with future career progression potential* High-profile e-learning programmeA London-based organisation is seeking an LMS professional to join their central Learning & Development team on a permanent basis. As part of a high-profile national and international e-learning programme, you will be response for the administrative and day to day operational management of the LMS system, including research and design of content. Key responsibilities include (though are not limited to):* End to end responsibility for the administration of the LMS * Support in developing and researching content for LMS * Assign and manage learning materials within the LMS* Produce and maintain support guides for employees using the LMS* Project-manage, develop and coordinate key e-learning content (videography, questionnaires)* Act as main point of contact for LMS supplier * Provide ad hoc administrative support for LMS queries within the business* Ad hoc administrative and operational duties in line with training and e-learning / LMS requirementsYou will be an L&D / LMS professional looking for the next step in your career. This opportunity will give the successful applicant an opportunity to work with high-profile subject matter experts (for e-learning content), develop their LMS and Training and Development skills, and to work with an engaging and passionate group of people. * 2-3 years experience within an LMS based role (administrative oversight / coordination etc.)
