Job description We are looking for either a part or fully qualified practice accountant to join us. Our company Eurofirma Ltd has been incorporated in August 2005 and is successfully trading for more than 15 years. You will join an expanding accountancy practice with an established client base of more than 350 limited companies and more than 14,000 individual clients.There is considerable IT investment and utilisation of cloud-based and leading edge accounting systems. The appointed applicant will help to develop a portfolio of small to medium sized businesses and be required to lead and motivate team members. Contribution to personal and technical development in the practice will be expected.Job Description The Position is permanent and full time. We are looking for an accountant to be part of our lively and friendly team in Bromley by Bow, London. Responsibilities, which utilise various accounting systems including VT, Moneysoft, Taxcalc, are:-- Preparation of Accounts- Tax Returns- Maintainance of client database- Client meetings to present accounts & tax returns- General accountancy and tax advice to clientsPerson Specification- The ideal candidate will be AAT/ACCA qualified, or part-qualified, currently working in a UK based practice- have excellent knowledge and experience in accounting for small to medium sized businesses- be conscientious and self-motivated, with strong customer service and communication skills, and ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail- UK accounting software experience and a good working knowledge of Excel are preferable.
