This role is a uniqueopportunity to contribute to the expansion of the brand through strategic licensing partnerships, ensuring the integrity of their luxury image.As the Licensing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our licensing partnerships, safeguarding the brands identity and ensuring that all collaborations align seamlessly with their commitment to luxury and refinement. Thisposition requires a combination of creative insight, business acumen, and meticulous attention to detail.Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential licensing partners that align with the brands values and aesthetic.
  • Manage relationships with existing licensing partners to ensure brand alignment and contractual compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal and business development teams to negotiate licensing agreements.
  • Ensure that all licensing partnerships adhere to brand guidelines and contractual obligations.
  • Act as the liaison between licensing partners and internal creative teams, ensuring the accurate representation of the brand in licensed products.
  • Provide guidance on design elements to maintain brand integrity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market demands related to luxury womenswear licensing.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and retail teams to integrate licensed products seamlessly into the brands offerings.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to promote and maximize the impact of licensed collections.
Qualifications:
  • Preferably a Bachelors Degree in Business, Fashion Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in licensing coordination within the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury womenswear market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain brand consistency across diverse product categories.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
