Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Active advice of legal aspects of transition
  • Review NDAs and miscellaneous legal documentation associated with leverage finance transactions
  • Undertake first level legal analysis and interpretation of data and advise on potential implications with respect to US$ LIBORtransition project
  • Assist with miscellaneous legal enquiries which may arise
  • Answer queries from across the department related to US$ LIBOR transition, referring any non-legal queries to the right department
  • Assisting with miscellaneous legal items which may arise unrelated to US$ LIBOR transition e.g. NDA review
  • Assist business operations team with deal execution support (updating pipelines, assisting with ad hoc queries, updating microsite, liaising with stakeholders etc)
Key Skills:
  • Legal qualification (ideally minimum of 2 years PQE)
  • Banking legal documentation experience preferred
  • Ability to understand complex issues around loans and swaps and LIBOR transition
