LGV Cat C Driver Location:LambethJob type:Permanent, full-timeWorking Hours: 39 per week, Mon-Fri 1.30pm-10pmSalary: £15.50per hourSercos Environmental Services provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Lambeth. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Street Cleansing staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses arekept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve. And right now, we have an opportunity for like-minded LGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team of essential key workers and helpus make a positive difference to the environment we all live and work in.You will be the public face of Sercos Environmental Services team in the community. Our trucks are big and the first thing our customers see, and so, for Collections Teams, before setting out on your rounds, you will ensure that your vehicle safety checksare completed and that your truck is clean and work ready. These include, but are not limited to,TransportManager CPC, Team Leader and Management training, and a supportive management team who will provide guidance and advice to ensure you achieve all that you want to with Serco.What do I need to do the roleTo be considered for a position within our team, all we ask is that you hold a valid LGV Cat C driving licence, Driver CPC, plenty of enthusiasm and a big smile, as well as being willing to help out the Loaders whilst on your rounds to enable your team tohit their targets.We are looking to hear from candidates who are flexible with shift patterns and have the willingness to go the extra mile when required. You will be expected to be someone who can demonstrate strong customer service skills and is happy in dealing with membersof the public.
