The remit of the service is to support the citizens of Staffordshire predominantly over the age of 18 with physical disabilities and older people over the ageof 65 with physical and mental health disabilities.Staffordshire County Council has recognised the need to invest in the future of social work, to both support manageable caseloads and to respond to the increase in demand across all services areas. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach and be a team player who is able to forge excellent working relationships with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies and you will be expected tobe an experienced practitioner with in-depth knowledge of safeguarding and complex case management.
