LettingsManager - Bethnal Green Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annumAre you looking and Energetic Lettings Manager looking for a great new challengeOur client is a specialist HMO lettings agency with properties based mainly in Islington and Fulham. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Manager to join their incredible team. The opportunities for growth within this role and company are endless, and for the right individual, you will be working to grow, refine and expand a powerful, team & business. The experience of taking the company to a new level with be rewarding, challenging and extremely satisfying. Generous bonuses & rewards will be in place for the expansion and growth that will take place once the successful candidate joins our team.Duties will include:

  • Accomplished at winning new business and negotiating lettings contracts,
  • Strong interpersonal skills to create a meaningful client relationship, exceptional sales ability to close business successfully
  • Administration & property management
  • You will focus on building and maintaining market share in a competitive environment
  • We expect you to be fully conversant with acts appropriate to the lettings industry, including the housing act, consumer protection regulations 2008 and property ombudsman code of conduct.
    • Applicant’s skillset:
  • Experienced in a busy, successful and recognised Lettings Agency
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts.
  • You will need to be able to work under pressure.
  • Fully comprehend the letting process and the legislation that governs it.
  • Proven background, preferable ARLA qualified.
  • Proactive, organised, focused and accessible.
  • An engaging and charismatic personality is essential,
  • Provide exceptional service at every opportunity.
