Job Description

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent, who are looking for an experienced Lettings Valuer to join their team in West Hampstead!Salary: Basic £28K, OTE £40-£50K & £1,500 Car Allowance per annum.Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.45am-6pm & Friday 8.45-5pm / 1 in 3 SaturdaysIf you are proactive and hungry for new business, with vast valuation experience within the London lettings market, then please get in touch!Duties

  • Managing & maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospect tenants.
  • Strong understanding on the current market with the ability to give prospect Landlords up-to-date valuations.
  • Proactive networking and canvassing activity to generate new business.
  • To win instructions, in order to grow the agencies portfolio.
Requirements
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • The ability to bring on new clients.
  • Vast experience in valuations.
  • Great customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Full UK driving license
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • At least 24 months experience with London lettings
Benefits
