GKR London have been instructed by a highly regarded client to find an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their high performing office in East London.Due to a higher than expected demand, coupled with a target beating start to the year, they are looking to add to their team with an experienced Negotiator.The role is mainly office based, occasionally visiting sites. Stock levels are really high, with plenty of deals to be done.They currently have 20 Blocks in London and have 1800 units under management and looking to increase this to 3000 units by 2021.Package:- Up to £19,000 basic salary- Tiered commission structure- £40,000 OTE- Mon-Fri (occasional Saturday)If you have 1 years + experience in a Residential Lettings position, then get in touch to discuss in more detail.
