Job Description

Working for a well-established, specialist estate and lettings agent based in the West End of London.Job PurposeMaximisation of income to the business through successful negotiation of lettings between prospective tenants and landlords.Proactively deal with day to day enquiries to the lettings team and ensure that sales are maximised through provision of outstanding customer service.The requirement is for a driven, results driven and self-assured individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion following specific instructions. The lettings negotiators will be organised, efficient, and able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining a high quality customer experience at all time.Key Responsibilities• Effectively deal with enquiries to the business.• Maximise viewings• Work to agreed targets for efficiency and productivity.• Maintain own diary systems and Company’s CRM.• Maximise renewals by inviting in a timely manner• Maximise instructions by proactive follow up activity• Maximise tenancy extensions.• Providing advice within area of expertise to existing and potential clients.• Writing letters and reports.• Organising property viewings.• All other duties as may be reasonably required.Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience required.
  • Knowledge of the West End of London highly advantageous
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Ordered, methodical and organised.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, including Word and Excel.
  • Reapit experience beneficial
  • Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative.
  • Good team member with a flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Educated to A level standard
