EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a thriving independent estate agency which has been established for over 10 years, operating in South East London to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their successful Lettings department.As a Lettings Negotiator you will be liaising with tenants, discussing their requirements, arranging and accompanying property viewings and agreeing new lettings. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Lettings Negotiator role, have strong communication and negotiation skills and be looking to maximise their earning potential as a Lettings Negotiator.Our client has achieved a strong market share within the areas they operate which has allowed them to build up a strong portfolio in Lettings and consistently achieve financial targets. This is the perfect role for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator.This role offers a £35K - £40K On target earnings for an experienced Lettings Negotiator, interviews are taking place this week with an immediate start available.The role:

Lettings Negotiator

Dealing with incoming lettings enquiries via telephone, emails and walk ins

Registering new tenants and their requirements

Arranging and accompanying viewings

Discussing feedback with Landlords, keeping them updated on the marketing of their property

Negotiating and agreeing new lettings

Working closely with the Lettings Manager and team to achieve performance targets

Identifying opportunities to generate new business

Ensuring that Lettings regulations and compliance are met

Offering excellent customer service

Experience/skills required:

Experience working within a Lettings Negotiator role

Clean driving licence and own car

Thorough knowledge of the lettings process

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Great communication and negotiation skills

Benefits/Package:

£15k - £18k basic salary per annum

Monthly car allowance of £200

Lucrative commission

£35k - £40k On target earnings
