Job Description

Our clients are a well-established and highly successful two-branch independent Estate Agents and Lettings business that are now seeking an experienced and sales driven Lettings Negotiator for their office in Stoke Newington, London.The Lettings Negotiator package:-

  • A basic salary of up to £20,000 per annum (possibly more for the right person)
  • Realistic on target earnings of up to £40,000pa with uncapped earnings potential
  • A five day working week to include Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week
  • Pension
  • Holidays
  • Business mileage paid for using own vehicle
  • Real career progression opportunities where every individual is treated as a valued member of the team
  • The business has a very low turnover of staff and the owner of the business ensures that the working culture is one of rewards and incentives and a fun place to work
    • The ideal Lettings Negotiator candidate will have the following attributes, skills and experience:-
  • MUST have a minimum of two years’ experience within Residential Lettings
  • MUST have your own car to use whilst at work
  • Be able to hit the ground running and confidently deal with Landlords and prospective tenants
  • Be smart and very well-presented
  • MUST be very sales and target driven and ambitious to grow your career
  • Ideally ARLA qualified but NOT essential
  • Have a great telephone manner
