Role OverviewWe are looking for a Lettings Negotiator in central London to join an established team in one of our most successful offices.This is a rarely available opportunity with huge scope for progression and the opportunity to work in one of Londons most desirableareas.As a Lettings Negotiator you will be tasked with agreeing new tenancies by taking responsibility for applicant and tenant management and liaising with and negotiating on behalf of our clients. The role requires the very highest levels of customer serviceat all times, with an attention to detail and the drive to succeed.In return we offer a competitive package within an experienced and supportive team, providing ongoing training during your career with us.Team overviewThe successful candidate will join a friendly and welcoming team in Knightsbridge working in a bustling and vibrant part of London.The team consists of Head of Department, Assistant Manager, Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Coordinator and a Property Manager who work alongside the Sales team.Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceWe need someone who has a passion for providing excellent customer service; you should have a willingness to go the extra mile to help the team success as well as a proven record of hitting targets.Minimum of one years prior experience as a Lettings NegotiatorTrack record of achieving targetsConfident and enthusiastic approach to workAbility to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamExcellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levelsMonitor and grow local profile including developing marketing and PR opportunitiesExisting knowledge and effective use of Reapit, preferable but not essentialBe comfortable working with multiple departments, fitting into different teams as required.Adaptability and a willingness to learnExcellent customer service skillsAssessment applicants can expect during selection
