Job Description

Legal Transformation Manager - 6 month FTCLondon EC2£80,000 - £90,000 pro rataThe Company:Due to increased investment for the global legal operations function, a Legal Transformation Manager is available for a fixed term contract at this leading Silver Circle Legal Services group. Operating within the UK, European and Australasian markets, they have developed an enviable reputation for outstanding professional services and delivering innovativeproducts and service solutions. Enjoying continued growth through service and market development, the business has established a specialist division to deliver a range of project management, pricing, and automated solutions to large corporate clients.Key Responsibilities of the Legal Transformation Manager

  • Guide and support the business through the process to transform the way they deliver and sell core products and services
  • Coordinate legal transformation initiatives locally and globally, working with multi-disciplinary teams to:
  • complete quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify, test and validate business and clients needs
  • develop concepts and ideate solutions, test, refine prototypes and approaches, build in learning and revise processes to support ongoing evolution of concepts
  • present findings/recommendations to relevant stakeholder groups
  • Provide guidance on metrics that will evidence the success of transformation on the in-scope products and services being transformed
  • Engage regularly with Legal Transformation initiative teams to support the progress of their transformation
  • Act as a Transformation Champion, by encouraging business participation in approved Legal Transformation initiatives
  • Be recognised as a change expert and engage with the business and clients to contribute to the firms Digital and Legal Transformation strategic ambition
  • Support and collaborate with Legal Operations team members in the use of transformed products and services in client projects and teams
Skills & Attributes of the Legal Transformation Manager
  • Relevant Bachelor level degree(s) or equivalent in an appropriate discipline
  • Three plus years experience in a global legal or professional services consulting environment, including client facing experience in problem resolution, business analysis, &/or change management
  • Experience of working effectively within an agile, activity-based environment
  • High levels of commercial acumen
  • Workshop design and facilitation capabilities, including structured interview skills
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically
