Role overview:This is a technically focussed role, working closely with both the business and the IT teams to support the ongoing improvement of business processes and applications across the firm, while supplementing the IT teams capacity to support and maintain a softwareapplication environment that continues to grow both in scale and complexity. Business facing and IT technical skills are required in equal measure.This is a critical role to assuring the continued smooth operation of the firms IT systems, To perform monitoring, developing and housekeeping tasks on IT systems in line with business processes such as (but not limited to) New Business Intake, File closure,staff on boarding, integrations and reports.Software planning, installing, scheduling upgrades and maintenance, to make sure project objectives are met, develop and implement systems integrations, reports and procedures, ensuring all systems integrations and procedures are fully documented and up todateThe role must divide its time between BAU support -v- development (we anticipate approx. split between BAU support -v- development 25/75).Principal system responsibilities:* All core applications systems management such as (but not limited to) Elite 3E (PMS), Work 10 (DMS), Interaction (CRM) and Intapptime* K2 development and workflow process design and development including integrations (Intapp integrate) and reports design and development* Change and release management of applications, systems upgrades and reportsPrincipal duties:* Provide additional support, troubleshooting as required to assist the Operations team during periods of high demand, team absence or called upon by the IT Service Desk or wider IT team* Data analysis; investigate, troubleshoot and identify root cause for data processing issues across the firms various applications systems
