In-house opportunity for a construction lawyer to join a great team, working for a wider business who value legal and promote a positive working culture.Our client are looking to recruit someone permanently to join their in-house legal team. Please note, candidates need to have UK experience of drafting and negotiating construction specific contracts.The main function of the role will be to draft and negotiate bespoke forms of consultant framework and professional services agreements, sub-consultancy agreements and construction focused contracts such as deeds of collateral warranty, deeds of novation, etc.You will work in partnership with your peers across the business including surveyors, project managers and other construction professionals who genuinely lean on the legal team for support and advice.Our client are looking for someone who has at least three years of experience in a similar role - this could be someone coming directly from private practice, in-house or even someone who is on their way to qualification and has worked as a paralegal.Its key that candidates can demonstrate their ability to work well as part of a team and have a proactive attitude.Please apply for further information about this exciting role.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
