Job Description

Legal Counsel - Corporate & Commercial| London | Hybrid | Full-Time | Permanent |A global management consultancy firm known for providing a wide range of services related to business and digital transformation, innovation, and strategy, are currently recruiting for a Legal Counsel.Legal Counsel will support the Associate General Counsel and the General Counsel with corporate and commercial legal matters.The main responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts in a number of jurisdictions
  • Support the business with acquisition of new businesses
  • Work with operations teams on internal legal matters
  • Support the business with client engagements
Key skills and experience required:
  • Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales
  • Experience working for a UK law firm, minimum 4 years PQE is preferred
  • Proven corporate transaction experience
  • Experience working in-house
  • Demonstrated experience in advising & negotiating complex commercial contracts
