Join us in the new position of Legacy Development Manager, and you can create change for generations of young people.Gifts in wills make up around £20m of the donations the NSPCC receives every year. Embedded within the Supporter Management Team, this specialist post will focus on improving understanding and engagement with legacy giving across our existing supporter base.Working alongside our established Legacy Marketing and Legacy Management teams, you will drive forward a new strategy to ensure that gifts in wills are consistently promoted and stewarded by our relationship fundraisers.With proven success in legacy fundraising and strong communications skills, the Legacy Development Manager will inspire and support colleagues to talk about legacies with confidence, and be a source of specialist information for donors and fundraisers.Your initiative and influencing skills will see you set challenging KPIs across fundraising teams and ensure they are met, and identify opportunities to seed legacy messaging through our existing stewardship and event portfolios.Join us and youll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with.
