Job Description

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Leasehold Officer to work with one of our Local Authority clients in London.What the job will be doing

  • Working to a comprehensive programme, the Leasehold Officer is required to manage a varied caseload of statutory and corporate projects and casework which crosscut a number of Council departments and external organisations.
  • The post holder will deliver the statutory consultative programme for leasehold major works; issuing of the corresponding service charges and estimates and all the associated and enquiries and disputes.
  • The Leasehold Officer is the Council’ experts in Leasehold matters; new build development consultation schemes, and the wider housing consultation programme affecting a number of service areas.
What you will need
  • Section 20 consultation
  • Timing of estimate and actual billing of leaseholders
  • Responses to leaseholder queries, complaints or member enquiries
  • Percentage of customers satisfied with service received
  • Completing decant programmes on time and within permitted budgets
  • Efficiency of case management
