Job Description

Through an increasing use of blended learning solutions, we are seeking to deliver a ground-breaking, agile solution that delivers outstanding results and exceeds expectations.Your roleYou will work with the Technical Curriculum Development Lead to address the technical capability development needs for the Consulting Service Line. Using your knowledge and experience of core Consulting technical competencies, you will collaborate with businessstakeholders to translate their technical development needs into realistic and achievable outcomes that reflect the respective technical learning strategies. You will work in collaboration with stakeholders across Consulting as well as the central Learningteam to ensure that solutions are provided in a timely, effective, and innovative manner to measurably enhance the experience and performance across all grades.Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and evolution of Consulting Technical learning and skills pathways, programmes and curriculums aligned to Crafts and the broader technical skills landscape
  • Assist the Technical Curriculum Development Lead in planning for and prioritising projects depending on their importance and urgency
  • Participate in user-centred content design processes with multiple stakeholders including central learning designers, third parties etc, wherever required to ensure exceptional end user experiences.
  • Act as liaison to and establish a forum for course owners, conducting regular reviews of content and delivery methods to ensure optimal learner experiences, performance and efficiencies are achieved
  • Support the development of Experienced Hire new joiner activities to continually evolve and enhance the new joiner experience.
  • Ensure effective communication lines between the Technical learning teams, Early Careers learning team, Central learning and business stakeholders
  • Support the Technical Learning lead in the annual budget planning process
  • Support the development of comms to create awareness and ensure smooth access to development content by Consulting colleagues to facilitate their development.
  • Support in the development and implementation of key metrics and measures of impact for learning interventions and programmes.

  • Professional education/qualification in relevant area.
  • Proven experience gained for working in a similar role either within Professional Services or a large, matrix-structured firm.
  • Adept at communicating, influencing, coaching, educating, challenging, and managing senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to translate client business needs into realistic and achievable outcomes in collaboration with appropriate specialists.
  • The ability to provide leadership, work collaboratively, and consult effectively and independently with senior levels of the organisation.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to address diverse organisational stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience and passion for learning and development
  • Self-motivated with focus on delivering with excellence
  • Ability to influence at a senior level.
