Children are treated as individuals, nurtured and cared for - we stimulate high academic achievement by building self-esteem.We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to start as soon as possible. The role involves working 1:1 with a 3.5-year old pupil, with a moderate physical disability.This role is ideal for a person who genuinely has a passion for helping children and who may have experience or an interest in helping children with additional needs. It is also a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in teaching to gain valuable first-hand experience. The appointed candidate will receive support and training from the Head of Learning Success (SENDCO), the class teacher and will have the benefit of regular in-house training as well as the opportunity to attend relevant courses.Hours: 15 hours per week spread over four or five days, based around the needs of the timetable.Interviews to take place the week commencing 4th January 2021
