Role: L & D Specialist Contract Type: FTC for 6 months (temp to perm opportunity) Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm WFH/Office blendHere at Chestertons our people are hugely important to us which is why this year the business has invested significantly in a new People & Culture team. With a Chief People Officer and three new Heads of Department across HR, Talent Acquisition and Learningand Development all in place and with our People & Culture strategy for the next 18 months now mapped out, we need to increase the size of our team to enable us to deliver on all we are planning.One of the roles that we are currently looking to fill is for an experienced Learning & Development specialist, initially on a six month contract, with a view to the role becoming permanent thereafter. Working alongside the wider People and Culture team todeliver a high quality service to the business, the purpose of the role is the design and delivery of blended learning solutions for employees in branches at all levels.You will be working in partnership with the Branch, Area and Regional Management Teams to create various training, learning and development programmes to contribute to the effective operation of the branches, with the aim of driving continuous improvement.You should have a natural ability for building and maintaining effecting relationships across your customer base, communicating regularly and effectively and finally you should have the natural gravitas and confidence that enables you to lead and facilitatetraining sessions effectively.You would ideally come from an Estate Agency background or be in an existing L & D role where you have a creative and innovate approach to training, learning and development.Face to face delivery will be in London.Experiences should include:
