Job Description

Working with a global company with headquarters based in the US, this role is a newly created position to support the HR Director and a wider HR team in London.Client DetailsOur client is a global property business based in central London looking for an experienced HR Manager. This role is a newly created opportunity to work closely with the HR Director (also based in London) to support them with all HR related activities. Thisrole is highly relationship driven and will require someone to come into the office at least 4 days per week with 1 day opportunity to work from home. Travel opportunities across the UK is also another benefit to this role with expectations of travelling toa different site once a month.DescriptionAs a Training Partner, you partner with Talent and Operational leaders to anticipate and meet the ever-changing needs of our clients growing company, bring top talent into our organisation, and serve as a champion of change. You help them establish consistencyin our training programs by assisting in a variety of tasks, projects, and facilitation to help their team deliver the best of the best training available.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide learning experiences that align with the organisations culture
  • Deliver high-quality training across multiple channels to engage audiences and promote positive performance behaviours
  • Assist with developing new training for Cortland associates working closely with the Director of HR and Operational Leaders as well as conversations across the company identifying and mapping out gaps and training needs to fill these
  • Do regular site- and office visits ensuring training is put to practice.
  • Enhance and track analytics to identify continued learning opportunities
  • Keep track of training needs and requirements through regularly updating the training matrix
  • Keep track of H&S and Compliance training and partner with external providers to ensure teams stay up to date with any regulatory changes.
Profile
  • Bachelors degree in business, communications, human resources, related major, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Stellar 3+ years of experience in learning and development with a demonstrated history of delivering training content and creating a highly engaging learning platform
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Ability to travel across the country
  • Ability to facilitate in small and large groups being in-person or Virtual
  • Working knowledge of applications software (UKG, Yardi, Qube, Concur, Cardinus and more) is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with associates and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills plus cultural adeptness are a must, maintaining comfort influencing leaders and effectively tailoring communications across all levels of our organisation
