The Role: We are looking for an experienced Learning Development Manager on a 2 year fixed term contract/secondment to join the Global Assurance Quality - Learning & Education (GAQ-L&E) team. The role is based in London, reporting to the GAQ-L&E Learning Design and DigitalProduction Lead. As a global team, we create Audit training materials across a range of modalities including, virtual and face to face classroom, eLearns, learning games, videos and microlearning. We then make these materials available to territory Learning & Development (L&D)teams to implement locally. The successful candidate will have experience of managing the development of learning solutions - from initial kick-off, through to release to territory L&D teams. This will include a combination of traditional project management responsibilities, as well asadvising on learning development best practice, performing review of materials and identifying the need to consult with other learning professionals on the team.
