Job overviewWe are looking for pro-active, positive and results-orientated L&D Business Partner to join the L&D team. A great relationship builder, stakeholder manager, collaborator and facilitator, the individual will support, coach, challenge and inspire various teamsand leaders to grow.The role reports directly to the Head of Talent and you will be responsible for designing, delivering, procuring, and measuring learning interventions that support the development and success of our internal talent pool in the UK and Germany. Key Responsibilities: To be the L&D Business Partner for all Departments at Head Office To design and deliver training and development intervention required by the internal clients taking into consideration TOGs culture, values and tone of voice To ensure the Head Office teams have access to the relevant skills training they need to perform in their role as well as constantly reviewing and improving the training they require, as well as the tools they need To deliver and constantly evaluate the onboarding process, recommending, developing and delivering improvements To measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions we deliver to continuously improve our offer and deliver ROI, keeping accurate records and managing the admin relating to all things learning To procure and manage external suppliers of training & development To manage external qualifications and PDP processes To implement and manage the apprenticeship programme To support performance and talent management processes To support the recruitment of Head Office roles To facilitate team days, as well as individual coaching when required To demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills to effectively partner with the business, and the People team To deliver feedback to improve performance - role modelling our culture To ensure your objectives are in line with the strategic aims of the department, and the wider business, and constantly evaluate and evolve them, where necessary Knowledge and Experience: Has ideally worked within the Retail, Real Estate or Hospitality industries Proven experience in Learning & Development, designing and delivering training interventions Apprenticeship scheme implementation and management LMS management Project management skills A background in partnering with various internal functions/departments If youre a great communicator who has experience designing workshops, creating training materials and utilising your training, coaching and leadership skills to grow a team and support team members, this is a great opportunity for you to join anestablished, dynamic and growing company who offer room for progression.
