Are you interested in developing a career within a busy Learning & Development team Do you have a passion for developing people and thrive on building great working relationships with your colleagues Have you got previous experience working in a Learning& Development role If the answer is yes, then we would love to hear from you!In this role you will be working with the Learning and Development team, supporting them with a number of activities associated with development opportunities for our workforce.We are going through an exciting period of transformation, so if you are looking to further develop your skills and want to join a team who are passionate about healthcare science and people development, this could be the role for you.Our Corporate office is situated 5 minutes from Southwark station you will have easy access to the vibrant South Bank and local amenities, however this role will be a mixture of working in the corporate office (at least 1 day a week, more during the initialtraining period), from home and attending other sites.The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact all activities relating to Learning & Development and to support the upkeep of the Learning Management System (LMS)Responsible for a wide variety of administrative activities from managing shared mailboxes and maintaining key documents (e.g. Development calendars) to taking minutes in internal and external meetings. Working closely with the Learning and Development Manager.
